AIM HIGHER

The Flair High Uniformity Basket features a hole pattern with 1,800 individual extraction points. This high uniformity hole pattern is wider than any of their other baskets, with 25% more holes than Flair’s accessory High Flow Basket, and an incredible 37% more than Flair’s standard Low Flow basket.

This increased coverage allows for even extractions out to the edges of the basket, limiting channeling by spreading the flow out over more of the puck. That, coupled with the smaller 0.2mm holes, delivers an incredibly clean cup, with emphasis on the bright notes and aromatics sought after in lighter roasts in particular.

Stainless steel portafilter basket; accepts doses of 12-22g depending on roast and grind size.

Straight-walled basket with increased hole count and wider hole coverage promotes more even flow through the coffee bed and enhanced uniformity of extraction.

WARRANTY

Made of high-grade die-cast aluminum and stainless steel, the Flair 58 comes with a 5-Year limited warranty on Metal components. Parts that are more subject to normal wear and tear, such as O-rings and Silicone Preheat Cap are warranted against defects in material, design or workmanship for 6-months, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty.
